Return Policy

Ok…you saw the hat, fell in love at first sight, and had to have it.  Us, being the great dudes we are said “You got it” your hat, that will be hand made to order, will never be anyone else’s but yours, and poof it’s on your doorstep! 

We understand all relationships don’t work out, it’s not you it’s me…. So, for that reason we want to offer a full refund for anything you thought was that wasn’t.  No questions asked, but that doesn’t mean you get to dine and dash.  All returned products must be unused and in factory condition. 

We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer, with that said, we make mistakes, usually when we go out for a “night with the boys”.  Any malfunction to patch or hat within 180 days of purchase, we will gladly send you a new Branded Bill of your choice.  Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
