• DO YOU HAVE CUSTOM ORDER MINIMUMS?

  We currently have a 12 unit minimum for leather patch custom products and a 24 unit minimum for PVC Rubber patch custom products.

• how long will it take for my custom order to ship?

  Our custom hats with leather patches are made to order in our production facility in Mesa, AZ and have an average of a 2-week turnaround time.

  PVC patch applications are ordered and shipped to us from our PVC patch vendor. The average turnaround time for custom hats with PVC patches is 6-weeks.

• What are your terms & conditions for imagery on custom products?

  Images you submit must be owned by you and not trademarked by someone else.

  Your image cannot be insulting, abusive, inciting violence, derogatory, degrading, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful.

  BRANDED BILLS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY IMAGE. IF YOUR IMAGE IS REJECTED, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUNDED.

• WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS?

  Custom products are final sale and not returnable unless the product is damaged or does not match the approved design. Please contact customer service if there is an issue with your custom product.
