• DO YOU HAVE CUSTOM ORDER MINIMUMS?

  We currently have a 12 unit minimum for all custom products.

• how long will it take for my custom order to ship?

  Our custom hats with leather patches are made to order in our production facility in Mesa, AZ and have an average of a 2-week turnaround time.

• What are your terms & conditions for imagery on custom products?

  Images you submit must be owned by you and not trademarked by someone else.

  Your image cannot be insulting, abusive, inciting violence, derogatory, degrading, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful.

  BRANDED BILLS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY IMAGE. IF YOUR IMAGE IS REJECTED, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUNDED.

• WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS?

  Custom products are final sale and not returnable unless the product is damaged or does not match the approved design. Please contact customer service if there is an issue with your custom product.

• are there any additional custom options other than what's shown?

  Currently we are only offering leather patches through our online customizer. If you are interested in PVC patches or custom apparel you can start your order here. Please keep in mind that PVC patches are ordered from our PVC patch vendor and have an average of a 6 week turnaround time.
