RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Branded Bills! If you’re looking to return or exchange your merchandise for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and our clients experience.

You have 60 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you ordered it.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy. If any of the below errors occur, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchanges for the same value of your purchases.

  • Items discounted more than 40% are Final Sale.

  • If the item was damaged during shipment, we’ll replace it.

  • If the item arrived defective, we’ll replace it.

  • If we shipped the wrong item, we’ll take it back and ship what was ordered.

  • If you have worn the item and are unsatisfied, we’ll take it back and be sure you receive what you are looking to purchase

There is a $5 charge for any product returned that has no defect and was fulfilled correctly. All our products are made to order and this charge covers our ability to scrap the hat.

Exchanges for equal value, defects returns and store credit have no additional charge.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders that have already been submitted and are in the “Processing” status or “Shipped” status cannot be cancelled and must be returned.
