SHIPPING INFORMATION & ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES

• We ship orders via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are based on the selected shipping method and order weight and will be displayed at checkout.

• Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order is ready to ship, a tracking number will be provided. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update with an estimated delivery date.

• Orders placed during holidays or periods of high order volume may experience extended processing or delivery times.

STANDARD & FREE SHIPPING

Orders placed with Standard or Free Shipping typically ship within 2-3 business days. Orders ship from Tempe, AZ, and are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination.

NEXT DAY AIR & 2ND DAY AIR

Expedited shipping orders must be placed by 9:00 AM MST, Monday through Saturday, to ship the same day.

Orders placed after 9:00 AM MST or on Sundays and holidays will ship the next business day (Monday–Saturday).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only ship to the United States and Canada.
