SHIPPING

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 2-5 business days to process and ship your order.  This does not include weekends or holidays.  If you order after 5pm PST on a Thursday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.  
Does not include weekends. If you order before 4PM EST on a Wednesday, you should receive your order by/on Thursday. If you order past 4PM EST on a Wednesday, Your order should be delivered by/on Friday

Your order is still in production and has not shipped yet.  All hats are made to order.

OTHER INFO

Never put your hat in the dishwasher or washing machine! We created a specialized formula and cleaning kit you can find here.
Absolutely.  Please visit our Custom Page for all information on creating a custom order.  One of our custom agents will be glad to work with you.
We offer Flex Fit hats in Heather Grey and Black, both colors are available in SM/MD and LG/XL.
We cannot.  We only put patches on hats that we have in our inventory.  If you are interested in a hat that we do not currently have in stock, please visit our Custom Page.
Afraid not, we think one patch looks best.

We do offer embroidery with a minimum order of 50 hats. If you are still interested, please visit our Custom Page.

The embroidered "BB" is our logo and stamp of quality on every hat.  We are proud of the leather patches we have designed and the brand we have built.  Every hat that goes out the door has "BB" embroidered on the side.

Our production team goes through very specific and lengthy steps to get the leather to the colors without ruining the leather, making the color durable, and still giving the leather flexibility.
